1. The sign-in cookie

When you sign in to the customer portal, the site sets one cookie, __Host-sal_portal, to keep you signed in. It holds a random value and nothing about you, is sent only to this site over an encrypted connection, and cannot be read by scripts on the page. It is removed when you close the browser or sign out, and stops working after 30 minutes without use and after 8 hours at most. 2. No other cookies

No other first-party or third-party cookies are set by any page on this site. Fonts are self-hosted, there are no embedded videos, social widgets, chat tools or advertising pixels, and no analytics script runs in your browser.

Form pages use standard HTML forms handled on our server; they do not store anything in your browser between visits.

3. Browser storage

The blog search fetches a static index file when you start typing. It is cached by your browser like any other file and contains only public article text. No identifiers are stored.

4. If this changes
